Dear Shareholder

I am pleased to advise that we are now able to issue a full and final settlement to all shareholders of Laddies Poker Two.

Your settlement comprises of two elements:

Proceeds from sale of Laddies Poker Two - £97,312.50 (Sale price less Tattersalls commission).

Proceeds for Prize Money - £12,868 (Includes jockey and stable contributions).

As 200 shares in Laddies Poker Two were issued, this equates to a payments of £486.56 from the sale proceeds and £68.34 from prize winnings, giving a total return of £550.90 for each share held. Payments will be made in US$.

We appreciate your patience with regards to the payment and we thank you for your supporting the promotion.
